About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Domain Support Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Core Network services. In this position, you will serve as a technical escalation point for Core-related issues, diagnosing and resolving incidents while supporting preventive maintenance, service change assessments, and problem management activities.
What you will do:
  • Act as technical escalation point for Core services.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities.
  • Perform impact assessments for service changes.
  • Participate in problem management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-domain teams.
  • Support service automation efforts.

The skills you bring:
  • Experience in Core Network operations.
  • Knowledge of EPC, IMS, and 5GC technologies.
  • Incident and problem management experience.
  • OSS operational tools knowledge.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Education: Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
