Cambridge International Systems, Inc.
Cambridge International Systems is proud to participate as an approved partner in the Department of War SkillBridge Program. This fellowship provides transitioning active-duty service members with the opportunity to gain hands-on civilian work experience while still serving on active duty.
Participants will complete a full-time fellowship during their final six months of military service, allowing them to begin their civilian career transition while continuing to receive full military compensation and benefits.
What You’ll Do
SkillBridge Fellows will be embedded within Cambridge teams and gain practical experience aligned with their skills, interests, and career goals. Responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting day-to-day operations within assigned departments
  • Applying military leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills in a civilian environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on real-world projects
  • Participating in professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities
  • Specific duties will vary based on placement and organizational needs.

Who Should Apply
This program is ideal for:
  • Active-duty service members within 180 days of separation or retirement
  • Individuals approved (or in the process of approval) by their command to participate in SkillBridge
  • Candidates seeking hands-on experience to prepare for a civilian career
