Essel is actively seeking skilled Electricians and Plumbers to join our growing team. Our ideal candidates will have a solid background in electrical or plumbing systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Install maintain, and repair electrical systems and plumbing fixtures in residential settting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues to identify effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical and plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors on various projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
- Maintain organized documentation of work performed, inspections, and service agreements.
Requirements
- Valid electrical or plumbing license (as applicable)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical or plumbing work
- Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
