  • Coordinating with Senior Email Campaign Specialists and other teams to successfully fulfill the campaign strategic plans, including timelines, new features and A/B tests. When necessary, leading them.
  • Developing professional expertise in Wikimedia email and other digital fundraising procedures and apply them to resolve a variety of challenges of moderate scope
  • Guiding and assisting the Campaigns team to understand nuances of our Email Service Provider (ESP), so that emails can be coded the most optimal way

  • Assisting with prioritization of tracking management and development of projects in our systems
  • Assisting with segmentation of audiences for email campaigns
  • Coordinating with Associates to clean up code in templates and maintaining archives

  • Solid proficiency with HTML, CSS
  • Experience with creating dynamic content and personalization for email
  • Experience with project coordination and working in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle day-to-day responsibilities alongside longer-term projects.

(optional) If you have one, we’d love to see your email portfolio!
