CORSAIR, and its family of brands including SCUF, is looking for an Email Marketing Associate who’s able to grow email and SMS marketing channels across the brand portfolio and drive both customer engagement and eCommerce revenue. The Email Marketing Associate joins the team driving email tactics and execution through the email service provider (Braze) and CDP.

The ideal candidate will have experience in audience segmentation, email setup, and testing of email campaigns, including automated and welcome series emails, with strong attention to detail throughout campaign setup, testing, and execution. This person will also bring creative thinking to the role, contributing ideas to improve strategy and introducing new content, creative, and layout concepts.

What You'll Do

Campaign Setup

  • Own implementing automated series-based emails (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and lapsed buyer), with careful attention to detail throughout setup and execution
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve email programs
  • Optimize the segmentation, campaign setup, email and SMS delivery, and reporting plans
  • Develop tailored, multi-step email sequences that guide customers through activation, engagement, and upsell opportunities
  • Help the team develop complex campaign journeys using triggers from the CDP and segments that intelligently send campaigns with both static and dynamic content.
  • Interface with email technology vendor/partners to adapt products and solutions to improve email program performance

Campaign Delivery

  • Plan and deploy campaigns across multiple brands, channels, and countries: email, in-app messaging, push messaging, and SMS
  • Contribute to the development of the email send schedule and adhere to it closely, ensuring every campaign goes out on time and with accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Email Marketing team and designers to develop email content to increase brand and product consideration and drive conversions
  • Campaign execution:
    • Review campaign journey, copy, and CTA
    • Email template configuration and review
    • Email setup – light design and light HTML skills needed, with strong attention to detail during testing and execution
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on key performance metrics — including overall campaign journey performance, CTR, open rates, revenue lift, and engagement — and use those insights to optimize future campaigns

Who You Are

  • Genuine passion for gaming, with an understanding of gaming culture and what resonates with the gaming community
  • 2-3 years experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects – identifying creative solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking, written, and verbal skills with an eye for email design
  • A rare combination of creative instincts and design sensibility, paired with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Solid understanding of email design strategies and best practices
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills, and a critical eye for accuracy throughout campaign setup, testing, and execution
