The Email Marketing Specialist will take ownership of building and optimizing email campaigns and automated workflows that directly influence demand generation and customer engagement. During This Role You Will
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in Marketo
- Partner with campaign stakeholders to align on segmentation, timing, and strategy
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
- Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, content, and send timing
- Ensure high-quality execution through rigorous QA and email calendar management

Annual compensation in the range of 70,000 – 85,000 USD. Eligible for company performance bonuses.
Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
