What We Need:

The Enablement Partner is an individual contributor reporting directly to the VP, Strategic Operations. This role sits at the intersection of learning, technology adoption, and operational process—supporting enablement initiatives, new hire training logistics, and process improvement work across the organization.

This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the operational side of training and enablement—from setting up new hires in Learning Hub to scheduling virtual sessions to conducting refresher trainings. The ideal candidate brings a builder's mentality and is eager to grow into broader enablement strategy work over time.

What You Will Do:

  • Support new hire onboarding by setting up learners in Learning Hub and managing accounts/access ahead of training start dates.
  • Schedule and coordinate Teams invites for virtual new hire classes, ensuring sessions are organized and communicated clearly to participants and facilitators.
  • Conduct training sessions and refresher courses for frontline and operational teams as needed, adapting delivery to varied experience levels.
  • Assist with updates to The SHOp, keeping content current and aligned with process and policy changes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within training administration and enablement workflows, recommending and implementing efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align training schedules and enablement activities with system updates, workflow changes, and go-live timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of training completion, attendance, and Learning Hub setup status.
  • Support the design and delivery of onboarding materials, just-in-time resources, and other enablement content under the guidance of the Manager, Strategic Operations.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to help improve training content and delivery over time.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Synapse Health's systems, workflows, and policies to ensure training content stays accurate and relevant.

Note: These responsibilities reflect the general nature and scope of the role but are not exhaustive. Responsibilities may evolve to meet changing business needs.

What You Have:

At Synapse Health, we’ve intentionally built a culture rooted in kindness, collaboration, and creativity, qualities we consider essential for every team member. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning & development, training administration, or enablement within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience with LMS administration or similar learning platforms (Learning Hub experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple scheduling and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort facilitating training sessions and engaging with participants across varied experience levels.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing recurring, deadline-driven tasks.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Background in healthcare operations and/or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) environments.
  • Experience supporting content updates within a knowledge base, wiki, or internal resource hub.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies applied in an operational context.
  • Interest in growing into a broader enablement or instructional design role over time.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $62,400 – $78,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
