Provides outpatient endocrinology care for adults with diabetes, thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalances, and other metabolic disorders. Collaborates with physicians and advanced practice clinicians, manages approximately 16–20 patients daily, and works a weekday schedule without nights, weekends, or inpatient call. Requires nurse practitioner certification, Oregon licensure, DEA registration, EMR proficiency, and three years of outpatient diabetes management experience.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
* Opportunity to treat and care for patients with various aspects of Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders, including thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalances and more
* Work in collaboration with physicians and advanced practice clinicians on the team and across departments; strong mentorship available within the department
* Focus on seeing patients 18 years of age and older
* Monday through Friday schedule with option for 4- or 5-day work week; no nights, no weekends, no inpatient call
* Patient Schedule: Average of 16-20 patients per day
* Medical Assistant and support staff
* Growth position in a well-established clinic in Springfield, OR

Required Qualifications:
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $113,000 - $173,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Required Qualifications:
- Three (3) years with managing diabetes outpatient
- National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Associate/Assistant certification through NCCPA; or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
- EMR Proficient
Preferred Qualifications: - Three (3) years of endocrinology experience preferred but not required
- EPIC experience preferred but not required
