About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

About the Role

As an Engagement Manager, you'll be the face of Legora for a portfolio of mid-market accounts — firm or corporate — owning the end-to-end client journey from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal. You'll drive measurable adoption and retention, advise clients as a strategic partner, and lead the commercial conversations that protect and grow your accounts.

You'll work within Legora's playbooks while exercising the judgment to adapt to client context and get ahead of risk — and as an early member of a fast-scaling team, you'll help build and refine those playbooks, not just follow them.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the face of Legora for a portfolio of mid-market accounts — firm or corporate — owning the end-to-end client journey from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal.

  • Build tailored success plans grounded in each client's goals and context — defining what value looks like and the path to realizing it.

  • Drive adoption through structured enablement and trusted advisory relationships, partnering with Legal Engineering to surface relevant use cases and align Legora to client goals.

  • Lead renewals and drive expansion — identifying growth opportunities and confidently leading the commercial conversations that grow your accounts.

  • Get ahead of risk — monitoring health metrics and usage signals to spot disengagement early, resolve issues, and escalate proactively to protect retention.

  • Build with AI — automating your own workflows and using AI tooling to create leverage across your portfolio, working the way Legora works.

  • Work within Legora's engagement playbooks, exercising independent judgment to adapt to each situation — and feed what you learn back to sharpen them.

  • Mentor Engagement Associates and partner with Product and Legal Engineering to turn client feedback into product and engagement insight.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in management consulting, client advisory, a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, or the legal field, owning client relationships.

  • A track record of driving measurable adoption, retention, and expansion.

  • Strong stakeholder instincts and EQ — comfortable engaging at all levels of a client organization, from hands-on teams to senior leaders.

  • Exposure to legal teams, regulated industries, or legal tech a plus; the curiosity to learn complex environments fast is essential.

  • A builder who automates — fluent with AI, you create leverage for yourself and the team by building and automating workflows, not just using them.

  • Strong data instincts and a metrics-driven read on customer health and outcomes, paired with clear, confident communication.

  • Energized by a fast-paced, early-stage environment — you help build the playbook, not just follow it, and mentor Associates along the way.

  • A passion for in-office collaboration — we're in-office 5 days per week in our Downtown San Francisco office, building together.

What's in it for you
  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: Offices designed for ambitious builders.

  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
    Medical, Dental & Vision

    • Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente

    • HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection)

    • Dental plans via MetLife

Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry.
