What You Will Do
  • Define and drive a clear technical vision for the Product Engineering team, influencing both roadmap execution and broader engineering standards.

  • Partner deeply with Product and Design to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.

  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performing engineering team in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

  • Lead delivery of Web, Mobile, and Desktop SDKs, along with dashboard features focused on study creation and management.

  • Balance speed and quality while maintaining a high bar for performance, security, and reliability for enterprise customers.

  • Promote strong ownership across the team, ensuring systems are observable, maintainable, and resilient at scale.

  • Encourage continuous improvement, thoughtful technical tradeoffs, and knowledge sharing across engineering.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales to deliver an excellent developer and customer experience.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

  • 2+ years of experience managing and growing frontend, mobile, or full-stack engineering teams.

  • Experience building or supporting Mobile SDKs or developer-facing SDKs is a plus.

  • A hands-on leadership style with comfort staying close to the code and guiding architectural decisions.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise requirements including performance, security, and service-level expectations.
