We operate with a strong ownership attitude — “you build it, you run it” — where product leaders are encouraged to actively participate in crafting strategy, supporting execution, solving customer challenges, and driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Your Impact

You will oversee product lifecycles, scale IoT and Edge AI initiatives, and engage executive collaborators to align Cisco’s cross-functional capabilities with the customer’s long-term business goals.

  • Drive network evolution from current 5G deployments toward future 5G-Advanced and 6G-ready architectures.

Business Growth and Portfolio Integration

  • Identify and assemble growth opportunities beyond the core contract by developing value propositions in Edge AI, AI inferencing, and mobility infrastructure.
  • Align IoT Control Center business teams, mobility units, and broader Cisco product organizations to deliver a unified service provider value proposition.
  • Build data-backed business cases that connect Cisco technology to measurable customer outcomes.

Executive Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with senior customer executives and internal leadership to shape strategic positioning and communicate roadmaps.
  • Navigate large, matrixed organizations to influence cross-functional teams and align collaborators toward shared achievements.
  • Operate with high autonomy to handle risks and navigate ambiguous environments optimally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product lifecycle management, solution architecture, service provider networking, mobility, IoT, or related technology domains.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with mobility technologies and standards, such as; 3GPP, LTE/4G, 5G, 5G-Advanced, and evolving 6G concepts.
  • Experience working with service provider networks, mobility solutions, or large-scale telecom infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting strategic customers and translating customer needs into product requirements and business outcomes.
  • Executive level communication skills such as; presenting to senior leadership, customer executives and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Navigate matrixed organizations to influence teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Tier-1 U.S. service providers.
  • Knowledge of Cisco mobility solutions, IoT Control Center, CMP platforms, or service provider SaaS offers.
  • Understanding of emerging technology areas such as AI RAN, Edge AI, AI infrastructure, AI inferencing, and network modernization.
