ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Enrollment Marketing Associate to join the Growth Marketing team. This individual will support the planning and execution of enrollment marketing programs for a large book of clients sized 5-20k eligible lives that utilize best practice B2C marketing strategies through a scaled, client-specific operating model.
As the Enrollment Marketing Associate, you will create communications plans and support ongoing campaign execution across your book of business. You will partner closely with Client Success, who leads the client relationship, while you provide the marketing expertise, operational follow-through, and execution support needed to drive enrollment outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include building client-specific communications plans, maintaining marketing information and activity records, coordinating deployment readiness, supporting campaign QA, and responding to client-driven changes through established workflows. You will work alongside colleagues in Client Success, Marketing Operations, Growth, Design, Data Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to meet annual revenue and enrollment goals. There may be a minimal volume of ad-hoc asks for you to join client-facing interactions to act as the marketing subject matter expert.

This work helps motivate people to get moving and feel better as we scale marketing programs that support Hinge Health clients and members.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity, high-growth environment, is excited to learn about scaled and client-specific marketing programs, and is always looking for ways to work smarter. They have a track record of creative problem solving, strong organization, and careful attention to detail. This role is highly independent, with a supportive team that will help you learn and grow. The growth trajectory of this role type would eventually lead to increasingly complex client assignments and higher client-facing responsibilities, at higher role levels.

What You’ll Accomplish
  • Own client-specific communications planning and ongoing best-practice marketing campaign execution for a large book of client accounts (5k-20k eligible lives per client).

  • Create communications plans and requested pitch materials that reflect each client’s approved marketing information, products, channels, and campaign timing.

  • Partner with Client Success to prepare client-facing materials, support plan reviews, and help secure client approval. Client Success will act as the primary client-facing owner for B2C communications but may ask for ad-hoc client-facing activity at a minimal volume.

  • Maintain Enrollment Marketing information, marketing activities, deployment details, and related records in Salesforce and other systems of record.

  • Support execution readiness through personalization QA, channel and activity checks, asset coordination, and timely escalation of execution risks to Marketing Operations (GROMO).

  • Process client change requests submitted through established workflows, including updates to dates, channels, personalization, campaign status, and other marketing requirements.

  • Help evaluate limited requests for changes to cadence, touchpoint frequency, or content; partner with Client Success and Enrollment Marketing leadership on alternatives and exception requests when needed.

  • Monitor campaign performance and deployment issues, maintain issue tracking, and provide analysis or recommendations that help Client Success address client needs.

  • Partner with Enrollment Marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to scale programs, improve operational efficiency, and drive increased performance across the book of business.

  • Contribute to Enrollment Marketing documentation, process improvements, team enablement, and ongoing upkeep of shared resources.

  • Use AI and automation thoughtfully to improve planning, quality assurance, reporting, and personal and team productivity.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, account service, or a related role.

  • 2+ years of experience using project management tools and Google Workspace.

  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with clients, account teams, or cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing Operations, Engineering, Design, Growth, and Data Analytics to build and deliver marketing programs or materials.

  • Professional experience supporting a high-volume book of business or managing multiple concurrent campaigns and projects.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, workflows, and details simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for cross-functional partners and support client-facing teams.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, investigate issues, and resolve them efficiently.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Asana, Highspot, or similar marketing and workflow tools.

  • Demonstrated AI-curious mindset: experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity, with comfort experimenting, iterating, and learning as AI capabilities evolve.
