About the company
Our client is a financial technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Win large enterprise software contracts by sourcing your own pipeline, leading multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to signature, and steering each buyer through its internal approval and contract steps. You will engage senior leaders directly and shape pricing and deal strategy with company leadership.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a named list of senior target accounts, engaging their leadership directly.
- Generate a large share of your own pipeline alongside existing outbound and event sources.
- Guide long buying processes from first conversation through internal approvals, risk and contract checks, and signature.
- Tailor business cases using each customer's own financial data and an analysis of their current costs.
- Partner with company leadership on deal strategy and pricing, and document a sales playbook for future account executives.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales.
- A track record of closing net-new enterprise deals with annual contract values of $500K or more.
- Proof of self-sourced deals rather than pipeline handed over by marketing.
- Repeated recent success beating sales targets, ranking among the highest performers in a sales organization.
- Experience displacing an incumbent through a long, multi-stakeholder buying process, and the ability to explain how you guided an internal champion through it.
- Technical aptitude to learn a software platform quickly, analyze financial data and discuss integration with a CTO.
