About Collectly:
Collectly is a fast-growing healthcare tech startup leading the charge in transforming the U.S. healthcare market through AI-driven innovation. In the U.S., millions of patients interact with healthcare providers daily, navigating a system that often struggles with inefficiencies, administrative burdens, and suboptimal financial experiences.

At the forefront of the AI boom, Collectly is redefining revenue cycle management (RCM) by applying cutting-edge artificial intelligence to automate workflows, streamline billing processes, and create seamless financial experiences. Our solutions are designed to tackle some of the biggest challenges in healthcare: accelerating cash flow, reducing administrative overhead, and elevating the patient experience during critical non-clinical touchpoints.

By simplifying billing for providers and elevating the patient financial experience, Collectly empowers healthcare organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

We empower healthcare providers to focus on what matters most—delivering care.

The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from sourcing and discovery to closing six-figure deals with strategic healthcare providers. This is a rare opportunity to join a rocketship early, shape our GTM motion, and directly impact growth.

What Makes a Top AE at Collectly?
Our most successful AEs are:
- Ownership-driven – they think like founders, not just sellers.
  - Exceptionally curious – always asking "why" and digging deeper into customer pain.
  - Strategic & gritty – thoughtful in approach, relentless in execution.
  - Coachability meets confidence – quick learners with high standards and no ego.
  - Mission-aligned – energized by contributing to something bigger than themselves.

Please note: This role is hybrid - candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area only will be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Build a territory from scratch through highly strategic outbound and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop trust and rapport with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in health systems and medical groups.
  • Tailor demos that highlight value and solve meaningful financial and operational problems.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine our ideal customer profile, messaging, and ICP penetration strategy.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, ChatGPT, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and advance deals.
  • Help shape our GTM strategy by sharing on-the-ground feedback and market intelligence.
  • Consistently exceed quota and meet pipe generation goals

Who You Are

  • Proven hunter with a track record of success in outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline.
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent discovery and storytelling skills.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers; familiarity with multi-stakeholder and six-figure deals.
  • High adaptability—you thrive in a fast-moving, high-change environment.
  • SF Bay Area-based and comfortable working 3 days a week in our office.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Our accelerators rewards top performance, giving you the opportunity to exceed your goals and maximize your earnings.

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents, because your well-being matters to us.
  • Equity Opportunities: Share in our success with stock options - your hard work will drive our growth.
  • Retirement Planning Made Easy: Enjoy a 401(k) with a generous company match to secure your future.
  • Student Loan Support: We help lighten the load with contributions toward your student loans.
  • Compensation: $300,000 per year (Base + Uncapped Commission, Equity Included)
