Job Purpose
Responsible for driving growth in an assigned territory for Luciq by designing and executing a territory plan for landing new logos and expanding existing accounts
Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute a territory plan designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas on a quarterly and annual basis
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close including multiple customer personas and internal teams to optimize revenue and internal resources
- Maintain consistent levels of outbound activity to ensure adequate pipeline coverage
- Create detailed account plans for key customers and expand existing relationships to grow account revenue
- Maintain Relationships with key internal teams including inside sales, marketing, sales engineering and customer success
- Become a subject matter expert on Luciq products and the Mobile APM space to provide value to customers and prospects in your territory
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise software sales focusing on new logos with a consistent track record of success and quota attainment
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment and create opportunities through outbound activity and also manage complex sales processes with large enterprise customers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical acumen with knowledge of the mobile application ecosystem or APM space a plus
- Ability to sell to developers and also navigate the C-Suite
- Excellent Organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with value-based selling, knowledge of MEDDIC and Command of Message a plus
- Approximately 25% travel or less within the territory
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
