  • Share customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene while consistently managing a healthy pipeline.

  • Help shape and refine our enterprise go-to-market strategy as the company continues to scale.

You Have…

  • 5+ years of experience closing SaaS deals in a B2B environment.

  • Experience closing complex deals with annual contract values (ACVs) between $50K and $300K+.

  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and executive communication skills.

  • A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, with the ability to work in the office five days per week.

Bonus Points If You…

  • You've sold to Talent Acquisition, People, HR, or Recruiting leaders.

  • You have experience in a product-led growth (PLG) sales environment.

Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
