About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own and expand relationships with Fortune 100 customers. This role is focused on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, long sales cycles, and high-value strategic partnerships.

You will act as the quarterback for key accounts, partnering closely with the C-suite, product, and engineering teams to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term value.

This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into executive leadership and customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, primarily Fortune 100 companies

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders (VP, SVP, C-suite)

  • Build long-term trusted relationships focused on business outcomes

  • Manage long, complex sales cycles with procurement, legal, security, and IT

  • Navigate enterprise buying processes and internal decision dynamics

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account plans

Must have
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or enterprise sales

  • Proven track record selling high-value, complex deals to Fortune 100 companies

  • Experience working with C-suite and senior executives

  • Background in enterprise software, AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics
