Lead enterprise architecture and strategic roadmaps for CPA application systems, manage outsourced technical teams and managed services, support CAPPS Central production and deployments for 100+ agencies, ensure data integration/quality and SDLC adherence, oversee PeopleSoft/Oracle technical components, enforce IT security and vendor contractual obligations, produce executive-level materials and reporting frameworks, and support IT service desk/ITIL processes.
