And now Airbyte is building the frontier agentic data infrastructure, purpose-built for AI agents that need fast, accurate access to data across hundreds of sources. Our mission: make data available and actionable, everywhere.

We've raised $181M from the world's top investors (Benchmark, Accel, Altimeter, Coatue, Y Combinator, etc.) and we believe in product-led growth, where we build something awesome that all our users love. We’ve raised enough capital to explore boldly, but we still choose to move quickly, stay scrappy, and experiment constantly as we find the right paths in an AI-native landscape.

The Role:

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) at Airbyte, you will play a critical role in driving our expansion into the enterprise market. This strategic position focuses on identifying key decision-makers and generating high-quality sales meetings within enterprise accounts.

You will have a direct impact on enterprise revenue while developing the skills, experience, and relationships that will accelerate your career in sales.

What You’ll Do:
  • Hunt and prospect into enterprise accounts and generate meetings with stakeholders across all levels, from C-suite executives to data engineers.

  • Create personalized, compelling outbound outreach at scale to build relationships and drive qualified sales meetings.

  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and GTM Engineers to generate pipeline and exceed revenue goals.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the enterprise data and AI landscape, customer challenges, and how Airbyte helps organizations unlock the full value of their data.

  • Gather and share customer insights with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to continuously improve our go-to-market approach.

What You’ll Need:
  • 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience, ideally in a B2B technology environment. Previous SDR/BDR experience is a plus but not required.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and operate with autonomy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.

  • Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Nooks, Common Room, Claude and Salesforce or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly and leverage AI as part of your daily workflow.

  • A consistent, disciplined approach to high-volume prospecting, while maintaining relevance and quality across cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Location:
  • Onsite 4 days/week in San Francisco, CA

If you find this role exciting, we encourage you to apply even if you think you don’t meet all of the requirements!
