The summary above was generated by AI

The Enterprise Inside Sales Manager owns full-cycle inside sales for Duetto and HotStats enterprise accounts — generating, qualifying, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals within an assigned enterprise book of business. A primary focus of this role is driving HotStats enterprise sales motions, including owning all hotels contracting under enterprise brand sales efforts for the HotStats product line. This role builds pipeline through targeted outreach and strategic follow-up, delivers tailored demos and proposals for both platforms, negotiates within guardrails to signature, and maintains accurate CRM documentation while partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners on enterprise GTM plays.

What Makes Us Different?

Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generate and follow up on new sales leads to build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
  • Manage the entire pipeline process, from initial contact and qualification through to deal closure.
  • Deliver compelling, value-driven sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all net new HotStats enterprise hotel contracting, coordinating closely with ownership groups, asset managers, and brand-level stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client data in the CRM system.
  • Conduct continuous industry and market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Duetto and drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners on GTM plays to increase qualified enterprise pipeline and close-rates.
  • Provide product feedback to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, identifying opportunities to improve GTM strategy and processes.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.

Success Metrics

  • Net new operator sign-ups to the HotStats platform
  • CARR Increase through net-new logos and existing account expansions
  • Consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly quotas for meetings, opportunities, and bookings.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales or business development.
  • Hospitality industry experience, ideally in sales, finance, or revenue management.
  • Proven capability in pipeline creation and management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment, balancing volume with quality.

Preferred:

  • Domain knowledge of Revenue Management and Finance SaaS or hotel technology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Slides or equivalent).
  • Formal training in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand multiple languages
  • Demonstrated experience in an enterprise sales role, with a focus on pitching products, negotiation, and closing deals.

Why Duetto?

  • You'll help define what enterprise success looks like for a fast-growing product line, not just execute an existing playbook
  • We're a Play to Win culture — when there's an opportunity or a roadblock, we move on it
  • AI is how we work here, for everyone. You'll be equipped with cutting-edge AI tools to work smarter in your day-to-day, not just told AI is "coming"
  • We build partnerships, internally and with our customers, and we genuinely have each other's backs
