Description 

MEMX is seeking an Enterprise IT Intern to support the technology needs of employees across our U.S. equities and options exchanges. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn how laptops and accounts are set up, how support requests are managed, and how our Enterprise IT team keeps colleagues connected and productive. This internship position will be offered as hybrid with 2 days in-person at our co-working office in Midtown-NYC.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Work alongside the Enterprise IT team to support employees with everyday technology needs
  • Help set up and maintain laptops, accounts, and applications
  • Assist with support requests and learn how to troubleshoot common technical issues
  • Contribute to IT documentation and projects tailored to your experience and the team’s needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues across MEMX and gain insight into how Enterprise IT supports the broader business  

Requirements 

  • Current undergraduate student entering their junior or senior year, pursing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field 
  • Interest in IT support and workplace technology
  • Experience solving technical problems through coursework, projects, prior work, or personal interests
  • Ability to work in person at our Midtown Manhattan office during the summer
  • Permanent residence in one of MEMX’s approved states for remote work during the internship

Pay Rate: $30/hourly for undergraduate students
