We’re looking for an Enterprise Product Engineer to build new product capabilities for some of the world’s largest consumer companies.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of engineering, product, and enterprise growth. You’ll work directly with strategic customers to solve complex technical challenges, expand Coframe’s platform, and turn customer-specific requirements into scalable products used across our customer base.

 
You’re a great fit if you have:
  • Exceptional software engineering and system architecture skills

  • Experience building reliable systems with demanding security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements

  • Strong product judgment and the ability to identify the highest-value technical opportunities

  • Experience working directly with customers, executives, and technical stakeholders

  • The ability to turn specific customer needs into reusable, scalable platform capabilities

  • High ownership and comfort working through ambiguity and competing priorities

  • A pragmatic approach to execution and the ability to ship quickly without over-engineering

  • Strong adoption of AI-driven software development workflows

  • The ability to balance immediate customer needs with long-term product and technical foundations

  • Experience launching new products or capabilities in enterprise environments

  • A founder-like mindset and comfort moving between early-stage experimentation, production engineering, and customer-facing work

  • Experience building or scaling an enterprise software company is a major plus

What you'll do:
  • Build new product capabilities driven by the needs of strategic enterprise customers

  • Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, systems, technical constraints, and goals

  • Turn customer-specific requirements into reusable products and platform capabilities

  • Build custom tooling and integrations that accelerate enterprise adoption

  • Develop enterprise-grade solutions across security, compliance, performance, and scalability

  • Identify the fastest path to customer success while building toward a scalable, unified platform

  • Partner with engineering and product teams on architecture, implementation, and product direction

  • Resolve complex technical blockers during deployments and account expansion

  • Develop technical strategies that help Coframe expand across customers’ marketing stacks

  • Represent engineering in high-value customer relationships

  • Travel to customer sites when needed
