Own the enterprise roadmap and build agent-native security, governance, and org features for Fortune 2000 customers. Prioritize platform gaps, enable enterprise deployments, integrate identity/SSO, multi-tenancy, audit logs, on-prem needs, telemetry, webhooks, and hardened toolkits while preserving a unified, scalable platform.
The summary above was generated by AI

Everyone's building AI agents, but almost nobody gets them to production.

The demo is easy: wire up a model, give it a few tools, and watch it book a meeting or draft an email. But the moment that agent needs to touch a real system - pull a live customer record, send email on your behalf, or move real money - two things have to be true at once. It has to be able to reach the system, and it has to be allowed to take the action. Connecting an agent to Salesforce or Gmail is easy, but proving which agent took that action, on behalf of which user, against which system is hard.

Arcade is the MCP runtime that does both. We connect agents to the systems they need to act on in agent-friendly ways, and we give every one of them a permission slip and a paper trail — proof of what it's allowed to do, and a record of exactly what it did. Real actions, on real systems, that customers actually ship.

The Revolution Needs You

Every AI app needs agentic "tools" - special functions that let AI models take real actions. Without tools, AI can only chat. With tools, AI can actually do things. We're building the definitive tools catalog and tool-calling platform that will unlock AI's true potential. Think Zapier for AI Actions. Think Auth0 for AI. Think really big.

Why This Is The Opportunity of a Lifetime

  • Founder-Market Fit : Our CEO previously founded Stormpath (acquired by Okta), where he created the first Authentication API for developers. He's done this before - and this time the market is 10x bigger. Our CTO led the vector database team at Redis, shipped 100+ LLM applications, and is a contributor to LangChain and LlamaIndex. He knows this space better than anyone.

  • Dream Team : We've assembled authentication, integrations, distributed systems, and AI experts from Okta, Redis, Microsoft, Splunk, Ngrok, Google, Airbyte, Disney, and HPE who've built and founded multiple successful developer platforms.

  • Perfect Timing : We're at the inflection point of AI adoption. The biggest problem isn't better models - it's connecting AI to real-world actions. That's us.

  • Massive Market : We're building critical infrastructure for the biggest technological shift of our generation. Every AI app will need what we're building.

  • Backed By The Best: Our investors have backed Databricks, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Perplexity, Cohere, ScaleAI, Confluent, Elastic, and Firebase. They see what we see - this is going to be huge.

The Challenge

As Arcade's Enterprise Product Manager, you will own the platform capabilities required to attract, win, and scale Fortune 2000+ companies, building the agent-native security, governance, and organizational features businesses need to boost employee productivity safely.

We believe the best enterprise platforms are built by product managers who think in systems, not features. Each enterprise capability should extend the core platform like an octopus growing new legs from its body. You’ll go deep on enterprise requirements without fragmenting the platform to fit any single customer.

We need someone gritty who is excited to operate in ambiguity, dive into the details, and say no strategically to build a core scalable agent action platform. You will work with (and push back on) sales and engineering to build what allows businesses to safely automate work with agents at scale.

What You'll Do

As Arcade’s first Enterprise Product Manager, you will build and own the roadmap for our enterprise customers. You'll sit at the intersection of our enterprise buyers, their security and platform teams, and our engineering org, translating complex, high-stakes requirements into a coherent product direction.

You will focus on working towards the following goals:

  • Own the roadmap for our enterprise customers, both self-hosed and Arcade managed.

  • Identify and prioritize platform gaps blocking signed and pipeline enterprise customers

  • Build powerful security & governance features without compromising long-term architecture

  • Enable successful enterprise deployments with sales and solutions engineering

  • Curate the right mix of future-facing enablement features with today’s customer needs.

  • Preserve a unified platform model that scales from self-serve to enterprise

And own initiatives such as:

  • Contextual tool access

  • SSO and enterprise identity integration (Entra, Okta)

  • Multi-tenancy, projects, and organizational structures

  • Agent telemetry for self-hosted deployments

  • Audit logs, compliance tools, and administrative controls

  • On-prem deployment requirements

  • Triggers, events, and custom webhooks to trigger agentic tools

  • Hardened and enterprise-focused toolkits

  • CLI instrumentation

Required Skills

  • Experience building and selling middleware and integrations platforms and infrastructure

  • Bias for AI automation including comfort prototyping product ideas and automating personal workflows. Prototyping in the AI era is writing code.

  • Strong technical background and comfort partnering deeply with senior engineers.

  • Experience working with enterprise customers or sales-informed product roadmaps

  • Ability to make architectural tradeoffs in ambiguity

  • Preference for durable systems over quick fixes

  • Developer empathy backed by your own experience as a developer.

  • Values progressive disclosure aka keeping the core platform simple to self-serve while making enterprise capabilities powerful when needed

Bonus Points

  • Experience building and selling on-prem software

  • You’ve been a forward-deployed engineer, sales engineer, worked in software sales, or have been a software engineer before.

Join The Movement

We're not just building a product - we're leading a movement to transform AI from just chatbots to agents that can take actions against real systems. This is your chance to be at the forefront of that revolution.

If you want to look back in 5 years and say, "I helped build that", then we want to talk to you. Ready to make AI actually useful? Apply Now
