Job Description SummaryThe Enterprise Sales Leader for Imaging Digital Solutions (IDS) is a highly visible, executive-facing sales role driving national strategy, growth, and execution across one of GE HealthCare’s fastest-growing portfolios: our Imaging Digital Solutions suite of software and professional services built to drive efficiency across radiology and imaging departments, including Imaging 360 and DoseWatch.
This role owns commercial execution and drives value through Imaging 360 in enterprise partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and radiology leadership as part of GE HealthCare’s Enterprise Care Alliance strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS acumen, fluency in healthcare trends and the IDN and health-system buying landscape, and the executive presence to articulate the clinical, operational, and financial value of our digital solutions to C-suite stakeholders at the country’s largest health systems.
This is an opportunity for a strategic commercial professional to shape enterprise digital transformation nationally, while expanding GE HealthCare’s Imaging Digital Solutions business.

Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Leader for Imaging Digital Solutions (IDS) is a senior individual contributor who drives and designs standalone and multi-product enterprise SaaS deal strategy across the largest, most strategic accounts in the country. This role owns commercial growth for the IDS portfolio at the enterprise level, partnering internally and externally to align account strategy, executive relationships, and long-term outcomes.

This role partners closely with Regional Modality Leaders when sizable, multi-SKU, multi-million-dollar, multi-year opportunities emerge- leading executive-level discovery, laddering IDS value to the broader enterprise partnership, and leading matrixed internal (Regional Modality Leaders, Product Management, Customer Success, Delivery, Finance, Legal) and external (health system executives, radiology leadership, procurement, IT) teams to scope, negotiate, and close agreements. Outside of these joint pursuits, this role independently drives stand-alone enterprise digital strategy and execution nationwide, in partnership with regional sales specialists and market account teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver orders and sales commitments for enterprise-level Imaging Digital Solutions opportunities nationally

  • Develop and execute account strategy for standalone and multi-product/multi-SKU SaaS opportunities, partnering with Regional Modality Leaders on sizable, multi-million-dollar, multi-year deals

  • Enable and drive action plans in partnership with key market and account sales team members, ensuring aligned business planning and coordinated execution across the national territory

  • Partner with other digital and imaging business leaders to assemble enterprise value offerings and package designs that ladder multiple products into transformative, outcomes-based solutions for health systems

  • Build trusted C-suite relationships and lead executive-level discovery that ladders IDS value to the broader enterprise partnership and Enterprise Care Alliance strategy

  • Drive forecasting accuracy, business planning, and operating plan attainment across the enterprise pipeline

  • Consistently achieve or exceed quota across multi-year enterprise agreements

  • Prioritize strategically across a national portfolio of opportunities, leveraging and enabling internal resources to strengthen commercial execution

  • Lead matrixed internal teams (Regional Modality Leaders, Imaging Account Managers, Customer Success, Product Management, Delivery, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders to scope, negotiate, and close large, strategic partnerships seamlessly

  • Serve as the enterprise-facing subject matter expert on Imaging Digital Solutions, educating internal teams and external stakeholders on value propositions, positioning, SaaS lifecycle execution, and expected outcomes

  • Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and health system strategic priorities; provide structured feedback to Modality VP and Product Management on trends, wins, and losses

  • Apply data-driven, analytical thinking to guide pricing strategy and profitability

  • Navigate complex, multi-year sales cycles and organizational considerations with sound judgment and resilience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university or college or equivalent

  • Prior enterprise or strategic sales experience required, minimum 7 years of experience

  • SaaS and subscription sales experience strongly preferred in the healthcare industry

  • Experience selling software, SaaS, or professional services into large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and other complex, multi-stakeholder health systems

  • Demonstrated executive presence and a consultative, insight-led selling style, with a track record of building trusted C-suite relationships and managing large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder deal cycles

  • Proven ability to influence and align matrixed, cross-functional teams without formal authority, operating with patience, sound judgment, and resilience through long, ambiguous sales cycles

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
