Remote contract Epic Resolute Professional Billing analyst to design, build, configure, and support professional billing workflows. Lead fee schedule/pricing/charge review/PB Guardian configurations, support testing and go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, and partner with revenue cycle leaders to standardize workflows across multi-site community health centers.

Superlanet is exclusively seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Analyst for our East Coast-based healthcare organization.This is a primarily remote, 6-month contract opportunity (with opportunity to convert after initial engagement) supporting a multi-site Epic implementation across community health centers. Candidates must reside on the East Coast and be available for monthly onsite travel. The ideal candidate will have strong Epic Resolute Professional Billing experience and a deep understanding of physician revenue cycle operations. This individual will help drive workflow standardization, implementation readiness, and go-live success as the organization prepares for its November Epic deployment.
- Design, build, configure, and support Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration workflows.
- Lead build and configuration efforts across fee schedules, pricing, charge review, PB Guardian, adjustments, credits, security, and follow-up workflows.
- Partner with revenue cycle leadership and operational stakeholders to optimize billing processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Participate in system design sessions, workflow validation, integrated testing, go-live preparation, and stabilization activities.
- Support charge capture, claims management, reimbursement workflows, and revenue cycle optimization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support recommendations.
- Assist with workflow standardization efforts across multiple health centers within the Epic Orchard model.
- Participate in system upgrades, maintenance activities, and future enhancements.
- Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration Certification.
- 3+ years of hands-on Epic Resolute Professional Billing build and support experience.

- Epic Community Connect experience.
- Community Health Center or FQHC experience.
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations.
- Revenue cycle workflow standardization and process improvement experience.
Benefits
Pay rate based on qualifications and experience. $80.00 - 90.00/hr +
