Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvements in productivity and tool availability through stable operation and health management of EUV Photo Track equipment.
- Collaborate closely with equipment vendors as well as parts and material suppliers to develop and implement innovative solutions for technical challenges.
- Identify performance gaps from the perspectives of tool availability, efficiency loss, and recovery execution, and design and execute effective improvement actions.
Best practices across Micron fabs will be leveraged and translated into sustainable, site level results. - Promote automation and labor-saving initiatives, including the use of data analytics and AI, to accelerate abnormal detection and problem solving.
- Contribute to the deployment of new technologies and new tools by aligning critical parameters and driving operational standardization, with opportunities to collaborate across other sites and related organizations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: (Candidates are not required to meet all criteria)
- Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, or improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial equipment, or automated production systems.
- Educational background or practical experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, Chemical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Knowledge of electromechanical systems including motors, sensors, actuators, robotics, pneumatic systems, fluid delivery systems, and automated equipment.
- Hands-on experience with equipment failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), preventive maintenance (PM), and continuous reliability improvement activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- for documentation, data organization, and technical presentations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, including email correspondence, technical documentation, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset that challenges the status quo and continuously seeks improvement opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and perform appropriate escalation when facing complex issues.
- Interest or experience in building operational quality, such as procedure development and standardization of abnormal recovery.
- Experience with statistical tools such as AI, JMP, and programming languages such as Python for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge or hands on experience with Track or Scanner equipment and related processes.
- Ability of leveraging AI , procedural documentation, and engineering decision-making while maintaining strong technical ownership and judgment.
