Position Summary
CorroHealth is looking for an experienced healthcare industry events manager to join our growing marketing team. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, loves logistics, and is eager to contribute to and help scale a well-established events program in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate strikes the balance between independent ownership and collaborative partnership — they drive their workload forward with confidence and clarity, while keeping leadership and teammates consistently informed and engaged throughout. This person thrives on proactive communication, takes full ownership of competing deadlines across multiple simultaneous events, and is energized by delivering results from initiation through completion.
This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and will be a key member of the CorroHealth marketing team. They'll be responsible for executing CorroHealth's events strategy and supporting company goals in growing brand awareness, engaging with clients, and driving pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with marketing and sales to manage and maintain conferences, and company-owned events
- Project manage all aspects of each event, from development through execution, working closely with the marketing project manager and cross-functionally across the marketing and commercial teams to drive deliverables and outcomes
- Partner closely with the marketing project manager to ensure all events are accurately tracked, documented, and integrated into the broader marketing project management system in real time
- Take full ownership of all internal and external deadlines, including vendor submissions, registration deadlines, and sponsor deliverable due dates, managing proactively to ensure on-time delivery across all events
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all event project status, vendor communications, and task completion in designated project management systems, ensuring the broader team has full visibility; close out all tasks completely upon completion
- Operate with a proactive communication style that keeps leadership and stakeholders consistently aligned on project status, potential risks, and upcoming deliverables as a natural part of day-to-day workflow
- Serve as the primary point of contact with outside vendors, contractors, and industry associations, managing all deliverable deadlines with a proactive approach and escalating issues to leadership before they impact event outcomes
- Take personal accountability for ensuring all sponsor materials, registrations, and vendor deliverables are submitted accurately and on time, understanding the reputational and operational impact of missed external deadlines
- Assist in the coordination of travel logistics and support on-site event execution including setup, breakdown, and logistics management as needed
- Proactively identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency in processes and event strategy scale over time
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to establish the strategy and objectives for each event
- Track KPIs for each event and own the reporting and tracking of performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B events such as national tradeshows, industry conferences, and sponsored corporate events; healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent events from initiation through completion, including all associated deadlines and vendor relationships
- Proficiency in Monday.com or comparable project management platforms, with a consistent track record of maintaining accurate, real-time project documentation
- Proven experience managing external vendor relationships and deliverable timelines
- Natural collaborator and proactive communicator who keeps leadership and stakeholders consistently aligned across all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solver who takes initiative, makes confident decisions within their scope, and escalates appropriately when needed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and follow-through across multiple priorities
- Comfortable with hands-on participation in event setup and breakdown as needed, including booth installation, materials management, and on-site logistics
- Willingness to travel as needed for in-person events
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
