We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Enablement Specialist to focus on our Talent Acquisition function. Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across EverCommerce’s global organization. We leverage modern tools, data-driven strategies, and innovative talent marketing approaches to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Enablement Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role blends strategic sourcing with talent marketing and recruitment enablement. You will play a critical role in building and nurturing talent pipelines, elevating our employer brand, and optimizing candidate engagement through our Phenom platform.

This role will report into Talent Acquisition leadership and partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates across key talent segments
  • Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles
  • Own and manage talent pipelines within LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom CRM, and other applicable sourcing tools, ensuring data integrity and effective segmentation
  • Build and execute targeted CRM campaigns to nurture and engage candidates
  • Support and execute talent marketing initiatives to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling job ads, campaigns, and messaging
  • Maintain and update the company career site using Phenom CMS, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with employer brand standards
  • Monitor and analyze pipeline health, campaign performance, and sourcing effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, sourcing strategies, and TA processes
  • Support enablement efforts by documenting best practices and improving TA tools and workflows

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role

  • 5-7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, recruiting operations, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM tools (Phenom strongly preferred) and sourcing platforms
  • Experience with the Workday HRIS platform is preferred
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques
  • Experience with talent marketing, employer branding, or recruitment campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with career site management or CMS platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with TA enablement, operations, or process improvement is preferred

Where: Remote, US

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams across multiple regions. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations within the United States.

Compensation

The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
