We are looking for an, Account Manager to focus on maintaining existing accounts that are using DrChrono by scheduling check-ins, resolving customer issues, and preventing churn. You’ll likely excel in this role if you love talking with customers, optimizing their accounts, and don’t shy away from solving the tough issues when they arise - in fact, you revel in coming up with creative solutions to create win/win results. Your role is crucial to our company as you help us keep our existing business closed by the Inside Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts and maintain existing contracts.

  • Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls from existing DrChrono customers

  • Be a point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints from customers in your territory

  • Identify and escalate priority issues, bugs, or product feature recommendations

  • Educate DrChrono customers about new product offerings

  • Schedule regular check-ins with our customers to fully optimize their DrChrono account

  • Troubleshoot problems and provide relevant information to your clients regarding their accounts

  • Onboard and train new clients in all aspects of the DrChrono system

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • Salesforce experience (Optional)

  • EHR / Healthcare experience (Optional)

  • Experience using Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, GSuite, Docusign (Optional)

  • Ability to communicate product value and recognize opportunities

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional follow-through abilities

  • Goal-oriented and data-driven

  • Strong verbal and written communications

  • Affable personality that blends well with an innovative and vibrant startup environment

  • 1 year of customer service (Preferred)

  • 4-year college degree (Preferred)

Where: 
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The on-target earnings compensation (base + commissions) for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 USD per year based on US location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
