About the Role

The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager – CollaborateMD is a senior individual contributor role and the growth owner for the CollaborateMD product line. You will be accountable for the brand’s MQL and pipeline goals, and you will turn product strategy, launches, and campaigns into qualified demand across paid, organic, and outbound channels.

This role reports into the Head of Growth Marketing and partners closely with Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, RevOps, and CollaborateMD Sales leadership, as well as the agency liaison and the other product-line growth owners, to ensure coordinated, high-performing execution.

What You’ll Do

Demand & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own CollaborateMD’s MQL and pipeline targets, tracking performance against quarterly baselines and adjusting channel mix and tactics to hit goals.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on funnel performance, spend efficiency, and test results, with clear recommendations for what to scale, fix, or stop.
  • Partner with RevOps on lead handoff definitions, lifecycle stages, and data quality standards for the brand.

Paid Media & Agency Partnership

  • Own CollaborateMD’s paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing strategy, working with our external paid agency and agency liaison on execution.
  • Translate brand priorities, ICP definitions, and messaging into clear briefs, and hold the agency accountable for efficiency and lead quality (CPL, MQL to SAL conversion).
  • Test and evaluate new channels and campaign formats, with a clear recommendation to scale or stop.

Organic & AEO Partnership

  • Partner with the content team on AI-search and organic content clusters for CollaborateMD by setting topic priorities against ICP. The content team creates the content; this role owns prioritization and results.
  • Review and approve content briefs and blogs for product accuracy, brand alignment, and tone of voice, ensuring messaging reflects CollaborateMD’s positioning and resonates with target audiences.
  • Own keyword optimization and retesting on key product pages, and track organic traffic and MQL impact.

ABM & Outbound

  • Design and run a cluster-based ABM and outbound pilot with CollaborateMD Sales leadership, including target account lists, content as first touch, and multichannel follow-up.
  • Build, enrich, and segment target account and contact lists based on ideal customer profiles to support personalized outbound campaigns. Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and audience-building tools is a plus.
  • Report on outbound-sourced MQLs and conversion by cluster, iterating on targeting, messaging, and sequencing.

Customer Expansion & Advocacy

  • Plan and run expansion and cross-sell campaigns to CollaborateMD’s existing customer base, in partnership with Customer Success and Product Marketing, using the product line’s expansion targets.
  • Define expansion segments and triggers (for example, usage, product fit, and renewal timing) and build targeted email, in-app, and sales-assist programs against them.
  • Partner with RevOps on tracking marketing-generated expansion opportunities in Salesforce, and report on expansion pipeline and conversion.
  • Drive customer advocacy: collect reviews, testimonials, and case studies, and make them available to Sales and to the brand’s review-site and AEO programs.
  • Work with Customer Success and Sales to identify  customers for references, referrals, and customer-led content.

Launches, Events & Partners

  • Execute go-to-market launches for CollaborateMD in partnership with Product Marketing, owning launch plans and results for the brand.
  • Own CollaborateMD’s event plan, including pre-event planning and post-event lead follow-up.
  • Develop and manage partner marketing programs for the brand.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Health IT growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media programs and managing agency partners, with a track record of improving efficiency and lead quality.
  • Experience owning pipeline or MQL targets and reporting on results to leadership.
  • Experience with or strong interest in ABM and outbound programs in partnership with Sales.
  • Working knowledge of Marketo, Unbounce, HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with a habit of testing, measuring, and acting on results.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and RevOps.
  • Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow.
  • Healthcare or SMB software experience is a plus.
