We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Executive Assistant who will be aligned with our Alliances organization and has a demonstrated ability to provide top-notch operational and administrative support. This role will report to the Manager, Alliances Executive Support, while providing dedicated support to an SVP and VP's within the Alliances organization.
You will develop a deep understanding of the Alliances organization, partner ecosystem, business priorities, and executive objectives to proactively anticipate needs and drive operational excellence. You are someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and enabling executives to operate at their highest level.
- Manage and strategically optimize complex calendars across multiple time zones, including domestic and international schedules, agenda preparation, and alignment of executive time with business priorities.
- Manage external contacts and quickly identify key stakeholders, proactively understanding their importance to the business and maintaining effective communication and relationships.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive matters with sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively coordinate the appropriate stakeholders and resources to enable informed decision-making.
- Manage special projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives requiring diplomacy, flexibility, and strong execution.
- Complete critical deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing timelines, driving alignment, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, track action items, and drive accountability for follow-through.
- Ensure executive priorities are effectively communicated and coordinated across administrative staff supporting key cross-functional partners.
- Partner closely with executives, business partners, and executive assistants to coordinate meetings, events, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive the executive operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), planning cycles, staff meetings, offsites, all-hands meetings, and executive communications.
- Coordinate agendas, presentation materials, and logistics for senior leadership meetings and executive events.
- Plan and execute large-scale, multi-day offsites, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, room block management, travel logistics, transportation, catering, team-building activities, and budget coordination.
- Address complex issues by identifying root causes, building consensus, and driving timely resolution.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, partner organizations, customers, and executive assistants to facilitate collaboration and accelerate execution.
- Consistently hold yourself and others accountable for commitments and deliverables.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve executive operations, streamline processes, leverage automation, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 5–7 years of executive support experience, including several years supporting Vice President-level executives or above.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from inception through completion with minimal guidance.
- Experience supporting executives within Sales, Alliances, Partnerships, Revenue, or other Go-to-Market organizations preferred. Familiarity with technology partner ecosystems is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with collaboration and productivity platforms such as G-suite (Google) Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Navan is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, sound judgment, and a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Routine experience interacting with executive-level leadership is required.
- A passion for supporting high-performing teams with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and an understanding that every second counts.
- Proven experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, automate administrative workflows, prepare executive communications and presentations, generate meeting summaries, and enhance operational efficiency.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
