We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.We are looking for a highly trusted, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) in managing a fast-paced, complex day-to-day agenda.

You will work in close partnership with the CPTO and alongside his Chief of Staff, owning the operational and logistical side of the CPTO’s daily flow, with a strong focus on calendar management, priorities, communication, and execution.

This role is critical to ensuring the CPTO can operate efficiently, stay focused on what matters most, and be well-prepared at all times.

The chosen candidate can build this role independently, and with the correct passion, the sky is the limit. You will join our Builders department based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

  • 4+ years of experience as an EA/PA supporting senior leaders- a MUST
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
  • Expertise in complex calendar management and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to multitasking.
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to anticipate needs and take full ownership.
  • Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset and a professional demeanor.
  • Fast learner who is adaptable, curious, and handles sensitive information with discretion.
