About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Executive Assistant. This EA will be aligned to one or more of our global Product & Engineering team and capable of providing strategic and operational support to multiple corporate executives at the Director level and above.
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Assistant to our Chief Product Officer within our global Product & Engineering organization. This role goes beyond traditional executive support — serving as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership while driving operational excellence across the organization. This EA will operate with a high degree of autonomy, navigating ambiguity with confidence and delivering solutions to complex, often undefined challenges.
This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Sunnyvale, CA. Candidate should be comfortable visiting the office twice a week.

What You’ll Do:
Provide strategic, administrative, and light operational support to C-Level, SVP, and/or VP executives, serving as a trusted thought partner and advisor.
Plan and organize major or highly sensitive activities, managing varied resources, renegotiating commitments as needed
Own complex, multi-stage projects end-to-end
Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, including worldwide travel planning, scheduling, and expense reconciliation — always anticipating future needs and staying one step ahead.
Plan and execute large-scale leadership events and offsites, including venue procurement, budget tracking, and travel logistics. Domestic and international travel may be required.
Establish and maintain high-level relationships inside and outside the organization, serving as a trusted representative of senior leadership up to and including C-suite and external executives.
Proactively address executive travel needs, including security, currency, weather, and destination culture considerations to ensure productive and efficient trips.
Manage complex annual review and promotion cycles, including scheduling, deadline communication, and documentation.
Contribute to team best practices and help guide the development of peers; actively foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Previous experience with Google Drive Suite, Slack, Workday, Expensify, Confluence, and Coupa.
Prior experience providing support to senior level management - or equivalent
Experience in a high-tech, startup, or a company experiencing rapid growth
Previous experience with Product or engineering team

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
