The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to three senior leaders, providing high-level support that enables focus on priorities, decision-making, and business outcomes. This role goes beyond calendar management and administrative support. The successful candidate functions as an orchestrator, connector, and operational quarterback who creates structure, drives follow-through, and anticipates needs before they arise.
The Executive Assistant will support an SVP, Sales Inventory, NextGear Capital and EVBS, a VP of Marketing and Communication Inventory, NextGear Capital, EVBS and International, and a VP of Sales, Commercial and National Dealer. These functions require different skill sets, stakeholder relationships, communication styles, client interactions, and operating rhythms. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable and capable of seamlessly shifting between sales-driven client engagement and marketing and communications priorities while maintaining professionalism, discretion, organization, and strong follow-through.
This is not a traditional executive assistant role focused solely on scheduling and administrative support. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted business partner who helps create alignment, manages competing priorities, and supports leaders who engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
This role is expected to maintain a regular in-office presence of at least four days per week. The role is Atlanta based.
Because this position supports senior leaders with significant client-facing responsibilities, flexibility is required to be onsite when clients, leadership meetings, executive visits, or key business events occur, even when those days fall outside the employee's normal in-office schedule.
Success in this role requires strong judgment regarding visibility, responsiveness, preparedness, and executive support.

  • Build strong relationships across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Draft and coordinate executive communications with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Navigate sensitive situations with diplomacy, sound judgment, and confidence.
  • Adapt communication and support style based on the leader, function, and audience.
  • Effectively support both Sales and Marketing & Communications leadership teams, recognizing the different needs, priorities, communication approaches, and stakeholder interactions associated with each function.
