  • Act as a central point of contact, keeping communication moving and organized

  • Support preparation for meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups and action items

  • Support personal logistics and requests

  • Help support team culture through onboarding, events, and day-to-day coordination

  • Track and manage team budgets and financial reporting

Your background looks something like this

  • Have 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level leaders or founders (ideally in a fast paced start-up environment)

  • Excel at managing complex calendars, travel, and competing priorities with precision

  • Are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, always thinking two steps ahead

  • Communicate effectively, concise when needed, detailed when necessary

  • Thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where flexibility is essential

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Anticipating needs before they arise

  • Has a “no job is too small” attitude and takes on challenges with enthusiasm

Benefits

We proudly offer the following benefits for our full-time employees:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family

  • Life Insurance and Disability Benefits

  • Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension)

  • Parental Leave

  • Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot

  • Monthly stipend to support your wellness, lifestyle, and work-life balance

  • Daily lunches and snacks in the office to keep you at your best

  • Take what you need vacation policy (subject to local requirements; UK employees receive 25 days of statutory leave)

These benefits are described in more detail in Decagon’s policies, may vary by location, and can change at any time according to applicable compensation and benefits plans.
