Who We Are

Serval is an AI-native automation platform transforming how enterprises operate. We build intelligent agents that understand real-world workflows and execute them end-to-end — replacing manual processes and rigid legacy systems with adaptive, learning software. Founded in early 2024, Serval is already trusted by companies like Fox, Notion, Perplexity, Vercel, and Brex to automate high-volume, high-friction operational work across their organizations.
At the core of Serval is an agentic AI platform that turns natural language into production-grade workflows. Our agents don’t just respond to requests — they reason, take action across systems, and continuously improve with usage. What began with operational use cases has quickly evolved into a horizontal AI automation layer used across IT, HR, Finance, Security, Legal, and Engineering.
Our mission is to eliminate repetitive, manual work across the enterprise and give teams leverage through intelligent automation. Long term, we’re building the universal AI operations layer — a system of agents that sits across business functions and runs the workflows that keep modern companies moving.
We’re backed by leading investors including Sequoia Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Meritech, First Round, General Catalyst, Elad Gil, and others.

Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant at Serval, you will act as a force multiplier for the sales leadership team. You will own scheduling complexity, coordinate logistics, streamline communication, and systematically remove operational friction so the Head of Sales and sales leaders can stay focused on revenue.

This role has direct leverage on sales leadership effectiveness. The right candidate will materially increase execution velocity and ensure leaders remain focused on the highest-impact priorities. This is not a reactive administrative position — it requires anticipation, sound judgment, prioritization discipline, and operational rigor.

You will gain visibility into go-to-market strategy, deal cycles, and growth initiatives while playing a foundational role in scaling Serval's sales organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Sales Leadership Support

    • Own and optimize complex calendars for the Head of Sales and senior sales leaders, balancing prospect meetings, internal reviews, and cross-functional priorities

    • Triage inbound requests and safeguard leadership time using clear prioritization principles

    • Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end, including dynamic adjustments around deal timelines and QBRs

    • Manage sensitive and confidential matters — including pipeline data, comp information, and candidate conversations — with discretion and sound judgment

  • Operational & Organizational Leverage

    • Serve as a liaison across sales leadership, the broader GTM team, candidates, and external partners

    • Improve internal communication flow and organizational clarity across a fast-moving sales org

    • Track initiatives, action items, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure follow-through

    • Design and refine systems that increase sales leadership and team-wide productivity

  • Culture & Office Support

    • Support planning and execution of sales offsites, team events, SKOs, and QBRs

    • Contribute to a structured, high-functioning in-office and virtual environment

    • Assist with vendor coordination, subscriptions, asset management, and operational logistics

What You’ll Need
  • 2+ years supporting sales leaders, C-level executives, or founders; startup experience strongly preferred

  • Advanced calendar management skills with strong prioritization judgment

  • Proactive operating style — you anticipate needs before they surface

  • High attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent workstreams

  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving priorities

  • Strong discretion and professional judgment, especially around pipeline and revenue data

  • High technical fluency and enthusiasm for modern tools and workflows

  • Excellent organizational and time-management discipline

  • "No task is too small" mindset paired with strategic awareness

  • Composed, professional presence in fast-moving, quota-driven environments

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting sales or GTM leaders in high-growth tech startups (Series A-C)

  • Familiarity with modern productivity and sales tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Ashby, Salesforce, or outbound sequencing platforms)

What We Offer
  • Impact: Be a key player in shaping the success of our product and company.

  • Growth: Build a fundamentally new AI product offering with the support of our experienced team and investors. Grow rapidly with the company.

  • Culture: Join a culture that values innovation, ownership, accountability, and fun.
