Your opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Briefing Manager to lead, scale, and transform our EBC into a world-class strategic growth engine. In this role, you will not just manage events—you will own the program. You will serve as the principal strategic partner to our Global Sales leaders and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring that every briefing is a high-impact, revenue-driving catalyst.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven EBC leader who has successfully navigated company growth and understands how to design a briefing program for corporate scale. If you possess a blend of strategic thinking, an obsession with premium executive experiences, and the commanding executive presence required to align cross-functional leadership, we want you to drive this program forward.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, requiring an in-office presence to oversee high-profile briefings and manage center operations, with occasional travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Ownership & Scale: Drive the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the Executive Briefing Center program. Evolve the program from a reactive service into a proactive, scalable corporate asset that aligns with New Relic’s overarching growth goals.
  • Content Alignment: Partner with account owners, product leaders, and executives to architect highly customized, sophisticated briefing agendas. Ensure every session is deeply aligned with the customer’s strategic business challenges and showcases New Relic’s latest product innovations.
  • Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the voice of the EBC. Comfortably advise and, when necessary, push back on account teams and internal VPs/C-suite speakers to maintain the integrity, strategic focus, and premium quality of the briefing.
  • End-to-End Premium Experience: Oversee the holistic guest journey, ensuring a flawless "white-glove" standard. This includes meticulous oversight of the center's aesthetic, high-touch arrival logistics, premium hospitality, and seamless execution of complex, multi-track schedules.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central hub connecting Sales, Services, Product, and Marketing. Champion internal engagement to build a robust, highly qualified bench of internal speakers and subject matter experts.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of briefings on sales velocity, deal size, and customer retention, using data to continuously optimize the program.

This role requires

  • 5+ years of relevant experience directly managing and scaling Executive Briefing Centers (EBC), high-touch corporate events, or executive communications within a fast-growing B2B technology environment.
  • Proven track record of navigating organizational growth and building EBC frameworks designed for corporate scale.
  • Extensive experience working directly with, advising, and managing relationships for C-Suite and VP+ executives (both internal and external).
  • Fluency in Corporate Scale: Demonstrated ability to transition a briefing program from localized execution to a standardized, enterprise-wide global strategy.
  • Exceptional Communication & Influence: Superior writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to command a room and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Master Project Manager: An ultra-organized, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and can seamlessly juggle competing, complex timelines.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, customer success, and how executive briefings directly impact pipeline acceleration.
