About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company. We free people and agents to ship what’s next.

For more than a decade, Vercel has shaped how the web is built. As the team behind Next.js, v0, and AI SDK, we create products that help builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now, software is entering a new era, and the next generation of products will not just be used by people. They will be built, extended, and operated by agents.

We are building the platform for that future, trusted by companies like OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. Whether you’re building our products, supporting our customers, growing our community, or shaping our story, you’ll help define what comes next.

About the Role:

As our Executive Marketing Program Lead, you will build and lead Vercel’s executive engagement program, creating high-impact experiences that deepen strategic relationships, strengthen Vercel’s position with senior technology leaders, and accelerate enterprise growth.

You will own the full lifecycle of a portfolio of executive programs spanning Vercel’s Executive Briefing Center, executive roundtables, advisory councils, thought leadership, and other one-to-one and one-to-few experiences. At the center of this portfolio, you will build Vercel’s Executive Briefing Center program from the ground up—turning strategic customer visits into a signature experience that advances priority opportunities and showcases where the web is going.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Vercel’s executive team, representing our brand at its most senior customer touchpoints.

This is a builder role. You will define Vercel’s executive engagement strategy, establish the Executive Briefing Center playbook, develop the content and speaker ecosystem, and create the operating model and measurement framework needed to scale the program globally.

The role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday out of our SF office.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and own Vercel’s executive engagement strategy, defining priority audiences, program formats, annual themes, and engagement journeys aligned with company and go-to-market priorities
  • Design, launch, and operate Vercel’s Executive Briefing Center program, including its intake process, qualification criteria, scheduling workflows, service standards, and measurement framework
  • Partner with Sales and account teams to define briefing objectives, build customized agendas, and align each experience to the customer’s business priorities and the opportunity strategy
  • Develop cohesive executive-level narratives and program themes in partnership with Product Marketing, Brand, Communications, and Content
  • Recruit, brief, and coach executive and technical speakers, ensuring every interaction is relevant, credible, and consistent with Vercel’s company and product narrative
  • Own the end-to-end experience for executive briefings and events, including programming, space design, demos, technology, hospitality, catering, branding, and attendee communications
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of executive content, discussion frameworks, customer stories, briefing modules, and demo experiences
  • Manage program operations, including budgets, vendors, capacity planning, briefing and event calendars, and cross-functional workbacks
  • Define and report on program performance, including executive engagement, priority-account participation, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, relationship progression, repeat participation, and attendee satisfaction
About You:
  • 7+ years of experience in executive briefing programs, strategic events, executive engagement, or field marketing, ideally at an enterprise SaaS company or B2B technology company
  • You have run high-stakes programs involving C-level customers and internal executives, and you are calm and precise under pressure
  • Exceptional program management skills: you juggle many briefings at different stages without letting details slip
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate account strategy into a compelling briefing agenda
  • Confident communicator who can brief a CEO, coach a speaker, and negotiate with a vendor in the same afternoon
  • Comfortable with a technical audience and product; you can hold your own in conversations about developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI
  • Data-oriented: you measure what matters and can articulate program ROI to leadership
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for occasional travel
Bonus If You:
  • Have built an EBC or briefing program from zero to scale
  • Have experience with briefing management platforms and CRM reporting (Salesforce)
  • Have worked closely with developer or infrastructure products
  • Have experience designing physical brand spaces or customer experience centers
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $207,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
