Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support senior leaders across Sales Engineering, Advanced Technology Sales, and Channel Sales. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—serving as a trusted partner who drives operational excellence, enables cross-functional alignment, and leads critical business initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management capabilities, advanced Microsoft Office expertise, and a forward-looking mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & Strategic Support

Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, anticipating needs and proactively solving challenges.

Support strategic planning, business rhythms, and execution of key initiatives across multiple organizations.

Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and executed.

Project & Program Management

Lead and manage high-impact projects, including cross-functional initiatives and organizational programs.

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and track progress to ensure successful delivery.

Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while maintaining executive visibility.

Business Operations & Planning

Support annual planning cycles, QBRs, and operating cadences.

Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards.

Analyze data to provide insights that inform business decisions and drive performance.

Communication & Coordination

Manage complex calendars, meeting cadences, and executive communications.

Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure productive engagements.

Facilitate effective communication across global teams and leadership levels.

Technology & Productivity Enablement

Leverage advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) to create high-quality deliverables and streamline workflows.

Utilize AI tools (e.g., copilots, automation platforms, data summarization tools) to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision support.

Identify and implement process improvements using digital tools and automation.

Qualifications

Experience

5–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technology organizations.

Proven experience in project or program management in a fast-paced, global environment.

Skills

Project Management: Strong ability to lead complex initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders.

Advanced Microsoft Office: Expert-level skills in Excel (data analysis, modeling), PowerPoint (executive storytelling), and collaboration tools.

AI & Digital Fluency (Highly Desirable): Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, or generate insights.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Organization & Execution: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.

Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 111,300.00 - 174,900.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 93,300.00 - 146,630.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 83,600.00 - 131,340.00 USD
