As an Executive Director, you lead all aspects of community operations, driving financial performance, team engagement, resident well-being and regulatory compliance while ensuring an exceptional resident and family experience. What You’ll Do: • Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance • Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning • Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals • Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members • Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards • Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins • Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources • Lead team engagement, culture and performance management What You’ll Bring: • Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience • Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance • Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills • Experience leading teams and managing performance • Sales and customer relationship experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills • Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams Executive Director – Lead Community Operations and Drive Growth and Resident Experience Executive Director | Senior Living | General Manager | P&L | Operations Leadership | Healthcare Operations | Community Leadership
Pay Range:113,256.00 - 161,928.00
