Executive - Human Resources Business Partnering
(Based at Malabe)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with line managers/HRSS to ensure recruitment needs are effectively met and participate at/conduct interviews with business heads/line managers to finalize candidates for the role.
- Support the Centre of Excellence (COE)/ Snr. BP in driving Employer Branding Initiatives such as University recruitment, job fairs etc.
- Liaise with HR Systems Support (HRSS) to arrange new joiner equipment, benefits etc. including workstations, accommodation transport, BOI passes, vehicle pass etc. as appropriate
- Generate the LOA (Letter of Appointment) ensuring sign-off and communication in a timely/effective manner for identified work levels.
- Conduct employee off-boarding/ exit interviews in a timely manner ensuring vital information is fed back to management/the system as a check & balance mechanism.
- Raise Service Requests (on symphony summit workflow tool) on-behalf of employees/line manager as and when required/requested.
- Address compensation related concerns with employees of the assigned department/ plant, ensuring timely resolution of queries pertaining to salaries/benefits and liaise with HRSS/ internal teams to resolve any issues pertaining to discrepancies in system/ salaries as relevant for identified work levels.
- Raise requests for salary deductions, retroactive payments, salary advances or overpayments, receive eligibility/ validations from the HRSS team, ensuring timely updating of the system whilst keeping relevant personnel informed of the changes, as appropriate.
- Assist in the conducting of surveys/analyzing data, strategizing with business unit/division head to launch initiatives to drive employee satisfaction, wellbeing, productivity and retention.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Graduates or Professional Qualification in Human Resources, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth
- 2-4 years’ work experience in similar capacity
- Good interpersonal Skill and Communication skill
- Business acumen
Proficiency in HR Policies, Labour Laws and industry/customer standards
