Support a C-level executive by managing their calendar, coordinating travel, conducting research, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
Our client is seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support a C-level Founder across both business and personal matters. This role requires a sharp, resourceful individual who operates with exceptional ownership, discretion, and sound judgment in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. This is a hybrid role with significant global travel across the United States and abroad. Candidates must have extreme flexibility and availability to travel frequently and for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar and priorities
- Coordinate business and personal logistics seamlessly
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics
- Conduct research and prepare high-level briefings and materials
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Handle highly confidential matters with discretion
- Track priorities, action items, and ensure follow-through
- Support ongoing projects and day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting a high-level executive or principal in an EA/PA capacity
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion
- Calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Tech-savvy, self-directed, and proactive
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-demand environments
