Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Experienced Project Manager to serve as the Culture, Engagement, Integration & Employee Involvement (EI) for the San Antonio MRO site.
This role combines operational ownership of Employee Involvement (EI) across 14 teams with leadership of site-wide culture, engagement, and event integration activities. The selected candidate will act as a central integrator across operations, leadership, and employee experience initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, clear communication, and measurable impact.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic MRO environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Employee Involvement (EI) - Site Focal
  • Serve as the single operational owner for EI activities across 14 teams
  • Maintain and govern the central EI tracker (Smartsheet/Excel) with 100% weekly updates
  • Manage Projects portfolios and ensure alignment with site priorities
  • Lead team onboarding, kickoff sessions, and training for EI teams
  • Produce weekly reports, dashboards, and Innovation Alerts
  • Conduct site engagement (shop floor interactions) to capture improvement opportunities
  • Triage and escalate issues within 24-48 hours
  • Coordinate quarterly maturity reviews and annual EI Showcase

Site Integration - Culture, Engagement & Events
  • Lead planning and execution of site-wide engagement events (internal, community, corporate)
  • Manage Employee Engagement calendar and communications alignment
  • Coordinate team wear programs, including vendor engagement and distribution
  • Oversee Veterans Wall updates and refresh initiatives
  • Partner with Café/Aramark on employee experience improvements and events
  • Coordinate with Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and volunteer programs
  • Support corporate events (MLK, Fiesta, Corporate Cup, National Aviation Day, etc.)
  • Manage event logistics, registration tools (Insite, YourCause), and post-event reporting

Integration & Governance
  • Act as a cross-functional integrator across Operations, HR, BGE, Communications, and Leadership
  • Standardize processes for event planning, onboarding, and reporting
  • Provide status updates, executive summaries, and performance tracking
  • Ensure alignment with LIFT (Leadership, Integrity, Focus, Trust) priorities
  • Reduce friction across teams by improving clarity, communication, and execution discipline

Key Success Metrics (First 6-12 Months)
  • 100% weekly EI tracker updates completed on time
  • New EI team onboarding completed within 2 weeks
  • Escalation-to-resolution cycle time <48 hours
  • 95% on-time execution of site events
  • Increased employee participation and engagement scores
  • Reduced cross-functional friction through improved coordination.

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or program coordination
  • 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing, MRO, or aerospace environments
  • Experience using project management and tracking tools (Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in employee engagement, culture programs, or event coordination
  • Familiarity with Lean, BPS, or continuous improvement practices
  • Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards
  • Experience facilitating meetings, onboarding sessions, or workshops

Summary Pay Range: $94,350 - $127,650
