About CodeRabbit

CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company focused on building extraordinarily productive human-machine collaboration systems. Our primary goal is to create the next generation of Gen AI-driven code reviewers: a symbiotic partnership between humans and advanced algorithms that significantly outperforms individual engineers. We combine language models with human ingenuity to push the boundaries of software development efficiency and quality.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Field Events Coordinator to own our end-to-end field marketing strategy including developer conferences, meetups, partner events, and customer dinners. You’ll play a critical role in increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and creating in-person experiences that resonate with developers.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for everything from venue selection and logistics to booth setup, speaking opps, swag, and post-event follow-up. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and design to bring CodeRabbit to life on the ground.

Responsibilities
  • Own Field Event Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive field events calendar aligned with GTM goals, including developer conferences, customer meetups, and sponsored events.

  • End-to-End Execution: Lead planning and execution of all event logistics venue scouting, booth design, vendor coordination, staffing, run-of-show, and teardown.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design on creative, product marketing on messaging, and sales on target accounts and lead capture.

  • Lead Gen & Follow-Up: Create high-impact experiences that convert. Track leads, ensure timely follow-up, and measure ROI on all event activity.

  • Swag & Branding: Own swag strategy, ordering, and fulfillment to ensure consistent and engaging brand presence at every event.

  • Speaker Coordination: Identify and secure speaking opportunities for internal subject matter experts; manage submissions and content prep.

  • Regional Strategy: Support field marketing efforts in key regions through localized events, dinners, and partner activations.

Qualifications
  • 4 to 6+ years of experience in field marketing or events management in a B2B tech or developer tools company.

  • Proven track record organizing both large-scale conferences and smaller, intimate field events.

  • Strong understanding of developer personas and how to market to technical audiences authentically.

  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple events in parallel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, and executive teams.

  • Comfortable working remotely and traveling up to 25 to 35% of the time.

Our Values
  1. Collaborative Humans: Prioritizing collective intelligence

  2. Fearless Innovators: Turning obstacles into growth opportunities

  3. Persistent Passionate Developers: Thriving on complex, long-term challenges

  4. Impact-Driven Creators: Crafting intuitive tools for developers

  5. Rapid Learners and Un-learners: Adapting quickly in our fast-paced technological world

What We Offer
  1. Work on cutting-edge technology with real-world impact

  2. Collaborative and innovative environment

  3. Competitive salary, equity, and benefits

  4. Professional development opportunities

Base pay range for the role is 100k-120k. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.

To apply, please submit your resume. CodeRabbit is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
