Join us in the endeavor of accelerating the path to safe & useful clinical super intelligence by becoming part of our community of problem solvers, technologists, clinicians, and innovators.

The Role:

Ambience Healthcare is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design and deliver high-touch programs for senior healthcare executives. This role blends select event management with tailored executive engagement — from intimate briefings and curated leadership roundtables to account-specific activations and private dinners. You’ll work closely with Sales and our leadership team to apply account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, build authentic relationships with customers, and ensure our most strategic accounts experience highly personalized interactions that accelerate decision-making, strengthen partnerships, and expand pilot scope.

What You’ll Do:

Executive Engagement Strategy

  • Partner with Sales to identify priority accounts and map executive-level engagement opportunities across the buyer’s journey.

  • Apply ABM insights and tools to tailor programs by account and persona, ensuring every interaction is intentional and relevant.

  • Work closely with Ambience’s leadership team to strategize how executive participation can be used effectively to build organic relationships and deeper customer connections.

  • Design and execute programs that bring CxO stakeholders together in impactful ways — executive briefings, private dinners, innovation roadshows, and curated leadership discussions.

  • Support the development of future initiatives, such as advisory programs, that strengthen long-term alignment with healthcare leaders.

Content & Narrative Development

  • Stay current on Ambience solutions, industry trends, and customer priorities to shape content for executive audiences.

  • Translate product and clinical capabilities into tailored messaging for personas like CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs, and COOs.

  • Develop account-specific content — briefing decks, microsites, curated messaging — informed by ABM insights and customer research.

  • Help manage and nurture internal bench of discussion leaders & SMEs for customer engagement

Customer Experience & Surprise & Delight

  • Deliver memorable, tailored experiences that surprise and delight healthcare executives while reinforcing Ambience’s brand leadership.

  • Use ABM-driven personalization to design touches (custom content packages, curated gifts, or exclusive experiences) that deepen trust.

  • Ensure every touchpoint — pre-event, on-site, and follow-up — feels intentional, personal, and high-value.

Sales Partnership & Sequencing

  • Collaborate with Sales to sequence executive interactions strategically across events, briefings, and one-to-one moments.

  • Equip internal executive sponsors with account intelligence, talking points, and tailored materials to maximize impact in customer meetings.

  • Provide post-engagement reporting with ABM-backed insights to ensure learnings inform future account strategies.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track executive engagement using CRM and ABM tools, connecting activities to deal velocity, scope expansion, and pilot conversions.

  • Capture feedback from Sales, leadership, and customers to refine programs and deepen personalization.

  • Evolve executive engagement strategy by piloting new formats and ABM-driven experiences tailored to healthcare decision-makers.

What you’ll accomplish in the first 3–6 months
  • Launch and facilitate high-value executive programs, including briefings, private dinners, and curated leadership discussions.

  • Partner with Sales to embed ABM strategies into engagement programs for top accounts.

  • Deliver personalized content and digital experiences (e.g., account-specific microsites) for priority accounts.

  • Support groundwork for future initiatives such as an advisory program that engages CxO leaders as long-term strategic partners.

  • Create surprise-and-delight experiences that leave a lasting impression on senior decision-makers and influencers.

What we look for:

  • Experience managing B2B executive-focused programs and integrating engagement into events

  • Strong ability to frame narratives and translate technical/clinical solutions into persona-specific messaging.

  • Deep research skills to uncover account intelligence and tailor experiences for senior decision-makers.

  • Proven collaboration with Sales to support account strategies and executive sequencing.

  • Proficiency with ABM and CRM tools to target, track, and measure executive engagement.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills suited to CxO audiences.

  • Creative flair for designing intimate, memorable executive experiences.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in marketing or selling into health systems or large healthcare enterprises.

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, decision-making processes, and emerging technologies.
