As a Field Marketing Manager at Hiive, you will own and execute high-impact events that deepen relationships with C-level executives at pre-IPO companies and institutional investors in the private markets. You'll design and deliver experiences, from intimate executive dinners to virtual webinars, that build trust, showcase Hiive's value, and drive meaningful business outcomes. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly influences how the market's most sophisticated participants engage with Hiive.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Plan and execute owned events, including executive dinners, roundtables, and VIP experiences tailored to C-level executives at unicorn companies and institutional investors

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, guest list curation, invitations, day-of coordination, and post-event follow-up

  • Develop and run virtual programming, including webinars and educational tutorials that position Hiive as a trusted resource in the private secondary market

  • Collaborate closely with our Executives as well as both the Sales and Private Capital Solutions teams to align event strategy with business priorities and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged

  • Support account-based marketing efforts by identifying key accounts and designing targeted event experiences that move deals forward

  • Track event performance and ROI, reporting on metrics such as attendance, pipeline influenced, and stakeholder engagement

  • Manage strategic sponsorships at select industry conferences, ensuring Hiive's presence is high-impact and aligned with brand positioning

  • Maintain a consistent event calendar that balances in-person and virtual touchpoints with key audiences

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or executive engagement programs

  • Proven track record planning and executing high-touch events for senior executives or institutional audiences

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and workstreams simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and business development teams to align marketing programs with revenue goals

  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver flawless event experiences under tight timelines

  • Willingness to travel regularly to support in-person events

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with private capital markets, venture capital, private equity, or the startup ecosystem

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools

  • Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries

  • Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships
