About Console

Console builds AI agents that automate IT support directly in Slack, handling everything from password resets to onboarding so teams can focus on their core tasks.

We’re backed by Thrive Capital (investors in OpenAI, Stripe, GitHub), SV Angel, Jack Altman and other Tier 1 startup founders. Customers like Webflow, Ramp, and Calendly already use Console to automate up to 70% of IT requests.

We’re at an inflection point – strong product-market fit, massive market, and an opportunity to define the next generation of internal automation.

Why Join

  • Own our #1 revenue engine: Events are Console’s largest and most consistent source of pipeline. You’ll take over a proven GTM channel and scale it even further.

  • High visibility: You’ll work directly with Sales and Growth leadership, with a clear and measurable impact on revenue.

  • Autonomy: High-agency environment. Ship fast, iterate faster, and own results end-to-end.

  • Team: Ex-founders and startup operators obsessed with solving hard problems.

  • Upside: Competitive pay in the top 10% of early-stage SF startups plus equity.

The Role

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to take ownership of Console’s biggest growth lever: events. You’ll build and scale our field marketing program, owning strategy and execution across 3rd-party conferences, hosted VIP experiences, and digital events. You’ll elevate how Console shows up in the market, ensuring every event is high-signal, high-impact, and differentiated from everything else in the space.

Events are already Console’s #1 pipeline channel. Your role will be to elevate and scale this engine: choosing the right events, designing standout experiences, and ensuring every program is tightly aligned with revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate operates with a commercial mindset and is motivated by outcomes. You thrive in high-agency environments where you can think independently, iterate quickly, and take full ownership of results.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end execution of 3rd party conferences from vendor management and booth design to collateral, registration, and on-site execution.

  • Design premium, white-glove hosted experiences (CIO dinners, partner roundtables, executive gatherings) that influence strategic accounts and accelerate deals.

  • Evaluate, select, and optimize event opportunities to ensure every dollar invested directly ties to pipeline.

  • Build and run the digital event programs (webinars, fireside chats, virtual roundtables) that generate leads and nurture prospects across the funnel.

  • Partner closely with Sales on account targeting, follow-up strategy, and enablement to ensure captured demand converts quickly.

  • Create dashboards that track attendance, leads, pipeline contribution, and ROI, and use insights to iterate, scale, and refine the program.

  • Experiment with new formats, activations, channels, optimizing for revenue impact.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in field or event marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • Strong knack for crafting experiences that feel premium, intentional, and memorable.

  • High-agency operator: organized, detail-oriented, and executes with precision under tight timelines.

  • Skilled multitasker who can manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Comfortable with marketing automation, CMS tools, and using data to measure and improve program performance.

  • Energized by the opportunity to own Console’s #1 pipeline source and scale it with speed and creativity.
