The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to generate demand, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate revenue. In this high-impact, results-oriented role, you will develop programs that seamlessly blend digital demand generation strategies with in-region executions—such as regional events and partner activations. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and tactical, with a proven ability to drive measurable results in a dynamic environment.
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to engage prospects, drive lead generation, accelerate pipeline, and boost customer adoption through targeted local initiatives.
Execute ABM, growth marketing and demand generation programs across various channels, which may include events, gifting campaigns, social media, paid media, and email campaigns.
Write compelling marketing briefs, promotional copy, and collateral for internal and external audiences.
Plan and execute integrated marketing activities and events, including regional events, trade shows, virtual sessions, and digital campaigns.
Track and analyze key performance metrics across campaigns to establish benchmarks, manage budgets, determine ROI, and use data to make strategic adjustments.
Partner closely with our sales and sales development teams to accelerate pipeline in our target accounts and increase conversions to drive net new revenue growth.
Maintain a regular cadence of updates regarding overall marketing strategy, planned initiatives, status reports, and campaign performance.
Contribute to the creation of marketing efforts that are programmatic and scalable by documenting best practices, campaign frameworks, and lessons learned.
Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
- Travel required up to 30%.
What You’ll Bring
- A "builder" mentality and strong collaboration skills.
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience; prior B2B SaaS experience highly desired.
A track record of driving B2B sales results through integrated field and general marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated cross-functional marketing expertise, co-marketing experience, and event execution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills matched with brand and relationship-building experience, with a proven ability to tie campaign results directly to business impact.
Successful project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to work across functional areas to implement strategies.
Solid understanding of the finance and accounting or the fintech ecosystem a plus.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana is preferred.
BA/BS degree; prior accounting or fintech experience or former CPA a big plus.
