As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic, energetic Field Marketing Specialist to drive the "hunter" engine for our U.S. Corporate Account segment. Your primary mission is to assist in the planning and execution of marketing programs that aggressively capture Net New Logos (NNL) across all routes to market. You will partner closely with sales, channel, and alliance teams to implement integrated programs that engage prospects, deliver new opportunities, and build a massive pipeline of fresh customers.

This role is for an execution-focused marketer who thrives on volume, enjoys the "hunt," and wants to help execute a plan consistent with our aggressive growth priorities for the NAMER region.

What You’ll Do:

  • NNL Program Execution: Create and execute regional go-to-market plans specifically designed to overachieve on net-new logo goals and lead conversion targets.

  • Intent-Based Velocity: Monitor and act on real-time intent data (e.g., 6sense) to launch rapid-response campaigns targeting Corporate accounts showing high-priority signals.

  • Database Growth & Prospecting: Support end-to-end activities for list criteria development, specifically focusing on expanding our contact database within prospect-only "greenfield" territories.

  • Scalable High-Value Offers: Manage and deliver "door-opener" campaigns—such as virtual threat briefings or self-service security assessments—designed to convert cold Corporate prospects into active sales opportunities.

  • Full-Lifecycle Event Management: Support in-person and virtual programs, including venue sourcing and post-event uploads, with a relentless focus on accelerating follow-up to ensure NNL conversion.

  • Sales & SDR Alignment: Deliver marketing communications to sales and SDR teams to ensure they are equipped with the right "Net New" messaging for outbound sequences.

  • Data-Driven Reporting: Regularly report on metrics and trends leveraging Salesforce, focusing on ROI from campaigns specifically targeting new business vs. existing customers.

  • Budget & Project Management: Manage a very tight project timeline and budget to deliver high-impact marketing activity without sacrificing quality or speed.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in developing demand within a high-tech B2B environment, with a preference for cybersecurity.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • "Hunter" Mentality: A passion for discovering new ways to creatively differentiate CrowdStrike to prospects who haven't yet joined the "Crowd."

  • Technical Aptitude: Past experience working with Salesforce and lead generation tools to manage data and report results.

  • Vendor & Agency Experience: Ability to work with third-party providers for list services, conferences, and demand gen programs.

  • Courage & Initiative: The drive to take initiative in a fast-paced environment, address problems head-on, and continuously improve our NNL acquisition process.
