Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multi-disciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

The Role

Veev is in need of a skilled finance analyst to support our organization.  This role will support with planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support all Operations functions - Production, Construction, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Planning, and Inventory 
  • Work closely with Operations Planning on delivery schedule and build all headcount and spend forecasts
  • Support Supply Chain with inventory planning and supply negotiations
  • Help Fabrication, Site Construction, and Logistics identify areas of potential efficiency improvements
  • Assess return on CAPEX investment, and determine rent vs. buy of equipment 
  • Publish Budget vs. Actual and Operations KPI reporting  
  • Collaborate with Accounting team to close monthly financial statements
  • Deliver Profitability reports by project
  • Other finance and reporting projects as needed

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
  • 2-5 years of corporate Finance or Investment Banking experience. 
  • Experience in technology, real estate development, or manufacturing industries is preferred.  
  • Detail- oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional experience in analytics and financial modeling; strong Excel skills are required
  • Works well in a team environment, and can both take and give direction in working towards a common set of goals

Compensation

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $95,000 - $120,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
